Over the years, I've worked with a variety of materials and processes. In the most recent past, I have been working with encaustic, because of the depth and luminosity the medium affords. While employing a variety of techniques, I describe “the everyday” of home, family, and friends. Regardless of where my explorations take me, I always return to the familiar, the emotional pull of the human figure.
